Japanese portable ceramic stove

Shichirin(This means seven wheels in Japanese) is a portable ceramic brazier(stove) and a sort of Japanese cooking utensil.

Now this time, I have found a simple and wise way to sort out the difficulty of making Sushi with sticky rice!

Japanese hors d’oeuvre – Stuffed Wafer cake on the left. I filled Monaka (stuffed wafer cake) diced chestnut and withcream cheese and dried persimmon. It tastes sweet like real Monaka, a kind of wagashi, japanese sweet.
