Japanese style marinated fried vegetables

This is a Japanese side dish. Because of a bit salty taste, it goes well with steamed rice or beer.

(ingredients)

Eggplants (sliced into the easy-to-eat size)
Peppers(sliced into the easy-to-eat size)
Lotus,if available(peeled and sliced)
Fungi such as oyster mushrooms(sliced into the easy-to-eat size)
Vegetable Oil

(Amakara-dare – Sweet-salty sauce)
2 table spoons of water
1 table spoon of soy sauce
half of a table spoon of sugar
1 table spoon of sherry

First, we shall make the sweet-salty sauce.
Pour water, soy source,sherry into a small glass bowl. Add sugar.
Microwave 20 to 30 seconds (600w).Please taste the sauce and add water in it if it is too salty.

Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Sprinkle the outside of the vegetables with flour.
Fry them.
Soak the fried vegetable into the source.
