Fresh asparagus is really something which makes me feel spring!
This weekend, I harvested some asparagus in the tiny garden.
I usually get only two or three pieces of asparagus at once. They are very precious to me.
I made very simple cooking for them.
【Instruction and ingredients】
4 pieces of asparagus
1 TBS of butter
1 and half TBS of soy sauce
Cut the asparagus into about 1.5inches.
Melt a tablespoon of butter in a small ply pan and add the asparagus.
Pour water in th pan just above the asparagus.
Add 1 and half tablespoon of soy sauce. Cover and boil until the water is gone.
