I always get thrilled to see around Kappabashi, where many interesting kitchen utensils and equipment are sold.  It is a very special place even to me.  Nice pottery or kichen utensils are imperative to serve Japanese food. We use various shaped trays,containers to entertain guests.

Kombu-cha in USA is different from Kombu-cha in Japan. In our country, Kombu means seaweeds.  I would like to show you Kombucha in Japan for your information.  We put one TS of kombucha powder in a cup and pour hot water in it.   This drink is caffeine-free.
