Ethetics and design in Japanese food

I suppose that Japanese food is particular in color and design. There are many shapes of dished in Japan. Also speaking of Tea ceremony, vessel is of importance. The guests carefully appreciate it and praise it. Food and container and space around make one total atomosphere.

I started cooking and baking when I was a child. My mother taught me how to bake cookies. Since then, I have read cooking books and watched food shows on TV.
